The solution
Ensar created an Azure-based pipeline using Kafka and Spark to process data from Salesforce, social media, and back-office systems. The machine learning workflow spans feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
What we delivered
A data lake, machine learning models, and reports connect analysis with business use. Models are exposed through a REST API, while Tableau and a web application present insights and recommendations.
