Ensar developed an AI job-search service using natural language processing and deep learning to match resumes with job descriptions by relevance.
What we delivered
The solution supports matching in both directions: finding relevant resumes for a job description and relevant jobs for a resume. It also estimates the experience requirements expressed in a job description.
